I was highly upset with the service I received while shopping for a car here. I test drove a car and liked it. I sat down to talk about price with the salesman Jeff. While having my car checked for its trade-in value. one of the mangers came out to talk about the price. I told him i need to have the check by my mechanic as the brakes were bad and the check engine let had come on when I first started the car. He said no problem and he will work with me on the price. Jeff said to make an appointment with my mechanic and he would bring the car and get it checked out. I set the appointment up with my mechanic and called Jeff and told him he could bring it there, right in the neighborhood. I did not hear anything all day, so after work i went to my mechanic and ask what he though of the car. He told me nobody came by with any cars. I called Jeff up and he said the car was sold by one of there companies. Not sure what he meant by that but i asked him why he did not call me and tell me this. his answer was he did call me and left a message. he recited my corrected number when I asked and I told him I did not receive any call or have any message. To have the car so called sold out from under me and then lie to about it is unacceptable. i do not know what they were trying to hide about the car but everyone should be aware of their practices and trying to deceive the customers. I will tell anyone and everyone I know about my experience and persuade them never to shop there.
