John Parra was a great salesman and was very reasonable. Not being pressured stood out to me.
The entire transaction orchestrated smoothly. Tony was excellent, took time with explanation all while being exceptionally personable. When picking up the new Prius last week, I noticed a scratch on the passenger side door. Tony and the Service mgr quickly resolved the issue fairly. Five stars, and thank you for the outstanding sales experience.
