Prestige Toyota started out on the wrong foot, when I drove an hout down there to check out a used car, only to find that they'd already sold it! I flipped out and left. Dimitri called me later that day to apologize and to let me know that they had secured the car for me if I still was interested. I returned the next day, and Hermes Peña took very good care of me. He was very attentive, and I ended up buying the car. After a rough start, Prestige did the right thing, and I'm very pleased with them and the car.
