Knowledgeable, no pressure, patient staff who went the extra mile in all facets of my purchase

Restored my faith in the car buying experience. I haven't bought a car in 10 years because my car ran great, but also my two previous experiences were terrible. Not this time. From the moment I reached out about a particular truck they had, the experience was so smooth. Never pushy. I told them which truck I was interested in and they gave me the info I requested and never pushed to try to get me to go with something new or more expensive. Stephanie the online rep was very forthcoming with all the information I requested and Chris B at the dealership was extremely professional and polite. I told him I have had bad experiences, so he didn't push or try to fast talk me. Even wrote down a few numbers since I told him I am a more visual person. Finance guy also polite not pushy on extras either. All in all best car buying experience ever. I would highly recommend.

I was recently in the market for a new to me vehicle as my lease was expiring. I had done some research on available GMC terrains across the state and found that several were available at Banks. I scheduled an appointment which was seamless and met with Gary. My original appointment was with Sal who introduced himself and let me know that Gary would be helping out in my search. Gary was very knowledgeable and walked me through the buying process. He was very patient and understanding of my situation and guided me through buying my 2022 terrain. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership from those in reception, to sales, and the finance department. Everyone was amazing to work with which made me feel very confident in my decision making to come to banks. I often find that spending any amount of time in a dealership can be stressful and overwhelming. I felt at ease and supported throughout the process and I have Gary, Sal, and the rest of the dealership staff to thank for that. I will definitely be back and will recommend others to utilize Banks for their future vehicle needs!

Great dealership to work with. Weather you have great credit or not they have a great sales team willing to find the best options for you. I have to give credit for Gary one of the salesmen that worked with us. My wife and I walked in hoping to trade in our vehicles and walking out with 2 newer vehicles. With our doubts low and not much high expectations due to not having much money to put down or great credit they made it happen for us. We are both happy with our purchases and couldn’t thank Gary and the team from Banks Chevy for making our dreams come true. Thank you team Banks!
