I had been looking for a newer used truck for about a month when I came across a 2025 Sierra 1500 at this dealership. I called to inquire and talked to George. He answered all my questions that I had so I set up an appointment to see the truck. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Ryan the sales manager and Brianna the sales rep. Both were excellent walking me through my purchasing experience. I ended up buying the truck and finalized my loan with Steve in the finance department. Ended up driving the truck home that day which was great since I lived almost 2 hours away. Brianna (Ball) was great at checking in and asking me about my purchase and if I had any questions or concerns. All in all, it was a great experience. Would recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Banks, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Marc Labbe took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made everything easy from start to finish. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Banks for service.
My opinion of Marc Labbe, Basic Care at Banks Chevrolet Cadillac, is that he continues to excel in his performance. Despite the high volume of traffic in that Basic Care line, he managed to appear like a concert maestro, advising technicians, taking phone calls, and working the line I was in as though it was an enjoyable time in his work day. Seemingly, this is a Banks value. On a recent day when Marc Labbe was absent, Rachel Marsan exhibited the same level of care, with the same attitude that expressed the pleasure she was getting from handling crises.
