I went for an appointment for a check engine light on. The technician found a code that resulted in needing to replace the valve body of the transmission. They ordered the parts ( luckily under warranty still ) and a few days later I dropped off my car. It took two days so I went back on a Saturday morning and my car was all repaired and sparkling clean as they always leave it. They kept in touch with me as the job progressed so I knew when it would be ready. They are always great in the Banks service area. Five stars!!

I brought my car in for basic service time… from the first person I talked to driving into the garage until the check out ladies, they were all so nice! A usual 2 hour oil change/tire rotation was today, no more than an hour! Thanks Banks!

We were very impressed with the dealership, found the staff to be very friendly without feeling any pressure from the salespeople and they even allowed us to bring our dog Brooklynn in when we were signing our paperwork. Kacper our salesman was very easy to work with and knew the perfect truck to show us after listening to what we were looking for. His first choice for us to see was incredible and answered all of our many many questions about every button and feature it had. It was a one and done situation for us and we love our new truck. We would definitely recommend Banks Chevrolet and most importantly we will recommend any of our friends and family to ask for Kacper when they’re ready to purchase a new vehicle.
