I've been going to Banks for the last 10 years and purchased 4 vehicles here. Service is outstanding and the facility is very nice. I appreciate the comfortable lounge and in house Cafe. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the service itself is much too slow. An oil change can take several hours, I've been to quirk several times and they have me in and out in under an hour. For my most recent visit, I had an appointment and it was a 5 hour wait to get an oil change, rear brakes and diagnose/change out a simple switch. I could have performed all of these tasks myself in 2 hours but wanted it done by the dealership due to it being a newer vehicle. I dread bringing my vehicle in because of the wait times

Kyle was fantastic, we worked out a good deal so all parties were happy. Other agents were helpful and friendly. They were quick to address questions and concerns and when something didn't go as planned moved quickly to ensure the right thing was done.

First time buying at Banks, there was no pressure and it was such a great experience! I bought a 2026 Cadillac Escalade right off the show room floor. Banks is a world class dealership and complete Service Center. Banks can be Trusted when purchasing and servicing your vehicles. Banks has a huge selection of vehicles and has a beautiful indoor facility to view many vehicles when the weather is bad. The Service center waiting room is world class and very comfortable.

Nick Gagnon was absolutely amazing! He also has the patience of a saint. Both he and his sales manager were very understanding that I could not finalize anything until the insurance company gave me $$ for my car that was totaled by someone else. Inow have a 2026 Trailblazer and love it.
