I bought a new HD 2500 GMC Sierra from Banks a few months ago. Was having problems with trailer wiring so I made an appointment. It seems the 7 way connector was bad from the factory they replace that and the blown fuse. Also had a tire rotation and oil change done. They vacuumed and washed my truck. Also gave me a loaner truck to use for a few hours why they worked on mine, they called me promptly when it was done all covered under warranty. I was very happy with the service and explanation that I got for the problem.
