This was our first visit to Banks, we we greeted by Gary Crane as we walked in , he was very professional, we sat and asked about a certain vehicle on the lot, long story short, he pulled the truck out, we test drove, and then the fun started, I mean that in a good way, Lets make a deal! I had a bottom line on my jeep trade in, I was not in a hurry ,they came in lower than what I wanted to start, we went back and forth and in the end , they made a sale and we were pleased, drove off the lot in a brand new Colorado Z71, it was a great experience compared to what I dealt with from another dealer, ty Cary, so far dog hood on the truck

The wife and I went to Banks on recommendations from friends upon arriving we drove up and down the rows of trucks the wife then chose a GMC,the salesperson was excellent even though there was nothing on the lot in 2 days we had a perfect truck

Always a good experience from checking in to checking out! Too bad it's such a long trip from where I live. Tire pressure monitoring system did not function on the trip back but it seems to be working now. When the service rep called me in the waiting room to tell me the car was ready it showed up on my phone as SPAM...which my phone blocked! Otherwise great visit and great Dunkin!

With all the options available for service these days, I choose to make the trip to Banks as the staff and service always make for a comfortable, reasonable experience.
