recently brought my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali pick up into Banks for service. While I was sitting in their lounge, waiting for my truck to be ready, I decided to check out some of the newer, pre-owned Sierra Denali's they had in their inventory. I actually found one that I was interested in. After checking it out more thoroughly, I made the decision to trade in my 2021 GMC for the newer Certified pre-owned truck. It was a very smooth and easy process. My salesperson, Reilly, was very professional and took me through the entire transaction. No stress at all. I happened to have my dog with me that day. I'm pleased to say that with the purchase 2026 Chevy Traverse as well as my 2023 Chevy High Country Dually, Kyle Richards as well as the whole staff work togather to make sure I was completely satisfied. since purchasing my 22 silverado i have no problems and when i went in for my first oil change they found a problem and they were able to get the part a week later and they fixed it they have a great service center with people that are very courteous
