We purchased our GMC Sierra at Concord Banks in 2022 and have always had our scheduled maintenance serviced there because of the ease of scheduling, their detailed service, and communication, keeping us informed as needed. We have always had our truck serviced within the time frame as discussed, allowing us the comfort of knowing that we can pick up our vehicle and be on our way with no problems arising later on. We highly recommend them for any service needs.

I came in for basic maintenance and found out that there were 2 recommended maintenances that also needed to be done. Everything was able to be done without having to return and I was out in two hours

I bought a new HD 2500 GMC Sierra from Banks a few months ago. Was having problems with trailer wiring so I made an appointment. It seems the 7 way connector was bad from the factory they replace that and the blown fuse. Also had a tire rotation and oil change done. They vacuumed and washed my truck. Also gave me a loaner truck to use for a few hours why they worked on mine, they called me promptly when it was done all covered under warranty. I was very happy with the service and explanation that I got for the problem.
