I recently totaled my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali when a deer jumped out from no where on my way to work. Once the truck was totaled I had a short window to buy a new truck before my insurance stopped paying for my rental. I did a ton of research online, looking at all GMC/Chevrolet dealers in the area to make the best use of my time once the clock started. I decided to buy used this time and Banks was the obvious choice as they have by far the most used trucks in the area. After getting my check I headed to Banks to start the process. I HATE the car buying process. I always feel taken advantage of and pressured. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Nick. Nick took down some info and put me at ease. He was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. When he didnt know something he said so and got the right answer. We test drove about 5 trucks. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He spent nearly 6 hours with me making sure I got the truck I wanted and a deal I could live with. Nick even picked me up from the rental place after dropping the rental off to bring me back to the dealership to take delivery of my new to me truck. In the end I couldn't be happier with my new truck, a beautiful, lightly used, red GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with the 3.0 Duramax. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had and I would definitely recommend Banks and Nick.

Our vehicle displayed warnings for our brakes. Call service department, tow truck arrived within an hour. Banks provided a loaner. Work was done within a couple of days (worked on truck on Saturday even). Had our vehicle within a couple days.
