I am always satisfied with the service at Banks. The folks that check you in are always friendly helpful. The only thing this last time is I wished I was infomed about my cabin and engine filters. On the inspection sheet they were checked off as should be replaced and I would have done it then and it would have saved me a trip to Concord. I realize though that fokls get busy and it is just impossible to keep up with everything, and I should have checked the inspection sheet before I left. With all that said I will continue to have my GMC serviced there.

We took the truck in for the initial oil change and general service. We had a couple of requests for checking a few things outside of the normal service check and they did a great job of getting the work done and clearly explaining the results. Everyone was great to work with and the facility was clearly professional. We asked for the service to be completed ahead of the committed time and they completed the work per our requested time.
