What Others Say

It’s been a little less than a year since we bought a used car at Toyota of Redlands and I can honestly say that this is the WORST car I have ever owned. I’m almost 50 and am a long time resident of Redlands. We had never been to Toyota of Redlands before, but went to check out their used vehicles and ended up purchasing one for my son as his first car. The car we bought has been a complete and total nightmare. Describing it as a lemon is an insult to lemons. Somebody knew what they were doing when they sold this car to Toyota of Redlands. This car drove fine for about 3 months and then everything started going wrong. And I mean everything. I wish I had never bought this car and I wish I had never gone to Toyota of Redlands. I cannot recommend Toyota of Redlands and will tell anyone who listens what a horrible experience this car has been for our family. The salesman who sold it to us was fine - a typical, car salesman. I don’t remember anything specific about him, good or bad. We did have an odd encounter with the finance person. The interaction we had with him was weird and at times uncomfortable. He made a derogatory comment about my profession in front of me while I was signing papers. I wish I had followed my instinct at that moment and stopped the entire transaction. Whoever sold this car to Toyota as a used car knew that it was a terrible car. They probably filled it up with oil and every other fluid, and dumped it knowing some sucker would pick it up. I was that sucker. I will not go to Toyota of Redlands ever again and I will tell everyone to avoid them at ALL COSTS.

This review is late but not intentionally. I purchased my 2023 Camry XSE on Monday April 3, 2023. James was my salesman who was very nice and helpful, plus, he helped me get my car home since I live so far away. It is unfortunate that I cannot remember the names of the other people I worked with, but I don't think they liked me much since I did not purchase any extras, sorry. Love my car, such a smooth ride plus I feel I have a reliable car for many years to come. Yes, I will recommend Toyota of Redlands.

@toyota_of_redlands I would like to give a special thank you to Andrew Waddell for his professional and efficient service he and his team provided to get my truck back into service. Andrew is very thorough and I appreciate his consistency to ensure all services are completed without any discrepancies. I will only take my Tundra to Toyota of Redlands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer Service Experience Respectfully, -Anthony

Had a pretty decent experience. The salesman I first talked to was kinda throwing me for a loop, but I came back a week later to get a different one assigned to us. That was a gamble as the car I had intended to buy was a good deal, and I could've missed it. Natalie was awesome and very patient with us when we came back. JR was able to get me the payment I wanted by working the numbers. Overall, it was a good experience. The car is fabulous, was very clean and felt brand new when I got it. It is such a relief to have had a stress free experience.

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Hybrid from this dealership. While it went well when Oscar handled the initial stages of the transaction: locating and reserving an acceptable vehicle. The final sales stage was very unpleasant. The "CLOSER", James, the sales representative who was assigned the final negotiations, packed the offer sheet with an outrageous figure for extras, that he presented to me to be part of the deal. It was up to me to identify and to reject them. In essence, I felt that I was being "hustled". Though I concluded the sale, it was an extremely poor opinion of that salesperson in particular, and the dealership as a whole. I brought all of this by e-mail to the dealership's General Sales Manager Mr. Cooney and received a vanilla response, in essence,"Thanks for the information, we'll bear it in mind.". Despite lauding themselves for customer satisfaction, this car dealer's lack of "transparency" would make me think very hard about buying another car from this them. Overall, on a scale of 1-10, ten being best, 1 would be generous.

We had awesome experience with the dealership, so helpful and meet our every need. Salesman David slaughter and Finance Manager Pablo Castro , we're very helpful in every way. I really appreciate them and there service.. Top of the line establishment. I will be coming back always.. thank you again for your help. God bless.
