This dealership is very organized. The salesman is the representation of the dealership and George guided me through the transaction with ease as well as Chris with handling the final step of the financial end of the process. I will say I never met the sales manager during my purchase process. My experience is the sales manager introducing himself, offering a congratulatory sentiment or giving a note of thanks for patronizing the dealership. It was my first Nissan purchase and that was a different experience than all other purchases. I still give my overall score of five stars since I left without feeling stressed from a pleasurable experience.
