What Others Say

Very professional. The sales associate (James C.) had the car pulled out and waiting for us. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain the details and answer all of our questions. The finance department was very efficient and quick. Overall it was a good experience!!

James and Oscar did an extraordinary job helping me and my daughter I really appreciate everything!

Buying our new Palisade was a great experience. Carlos and JT did a great job throughout our buying/trade-in process. We would definitely buy another car there.

My salesman, Mohammad, was fantastic...very nice, patient & accommodating but the sales manager, Ricardo Boehme, really needs improvement in his temperament & his verbal approach with women, especially if he does not get the answer he wants! I arrived late Saturday evening not expecting to make a deal but to look at a vehicle advertised on the website as a Manager's Special. I was immediately greeted by Mohammed but unfortunately was told, the two vehicles that were on the website as "Manager's Specials were Service vehicles & were not "released for sale". I found this disturbing because if it is advertised as so, it should be honored as advertised. I expressed my frustration about this & that I felt it was false advertisement. I was assured they could work a good deal anyway so Mohammed brought out a Venue & a Kona to look at & I decided to test the Kona. After my test drive, while trying to negotiate a price is when Ricardo stepped in. I was offered the initial $1000 Red McCombs advertised discount, with an additional $2000 off of the sales price & $2500 for my trade. I said that I could wait until Monday to run my credit & application process because it was already after closing AND I knew that my credit was going to rise again on Monday but Ricardo insisted on checking to see if the banks were still in but I still ended up needing to wait until Monday for a final approval anyway. Monday morning I received a call from both Mohammed & Ricardo to let me know the deal was ready just the way I wanted it. I explained to Ricardo that I still was not quite happy with my trade in value & that I wanted to be sure I was getting the best deal but I would be in later. He said, great he would have someone there to re-evaluate my car. Once there, my car was re-evaluated & the offer for my trade rose to $3500. Great!! I asked to look at the deal on paper as I am visual & once seen I agreed to go ahead with the deal. I took my seat out in the lobby & began to review my own notes & text to family & realized that, Yes, they had given an additional $1000 on my trade but Ricardo had also taken away $1000 of the discount he had initially offered me on Saturday. I returned to his office & said, "STOP!" I asked what happened to the $1000 & was told that it was an offer from Hyundai & that I was denied for that discount which didn't make sense, since my credit score is 740. Okay, so now I have a problem because no where on the website did it say anything about a Hyundai discount with terms of denial or approval. It clearly states that it is a Red McCombs discount. I told Ricardo that I wanted the initial offer of $3000 plus the new offer on my trade for $3500. This is the point that Ricardo became angry & began to speak to me in an unacceptable way & proceeded to argue with me! Some of the things he said to me were: "I worked really hard on this deal & gave you an extra $2000 you didn't even ask for & it's really unfair of you to say you don't want the deal & you are leaving! People come in here really late & think car sales people are all liars & you don't know how hard I worked for you all morning!" First of all, I never said I was leaving, nor called anyone a liar or that they didn't work hard but I am smart enough, bought enough brand new cars, I have done my research for months on the car I wanted & what I could get for my trade! I also know my credit score...I know that I am not being unreasonable in my wants! I asked Ricardo at this point to stop arguing with me. Either he is going to call his manager to get the initial discount he offered or I would take my newly raised 740 credit score & I would go somewhere else. He later returned to say his boss had said to honor his initial offer and give the $1000 back. If it had not been for Mohammed's pleasant attitude & customer service, I would have gone somewhere else. I feel Ricardo was really xxxxxx that a woman wasn't backing down to the deal she wanted!

Took excellent care of us from start to finish. No problems related to sale and trade in. They gave us an excellent deal.

This was a repeat trip for a very unusual problem. After I explained the strange symptoms my car was experiencing, the service rep made sure all those items were thoroughly documented in her notes. The service technician took all the input and through detective work uncovered the problem, a chafed wire. He successfully repaired the wire and sealed up the bundle, and ensured the problem was fixed on the subsequent test drive. I'm very happy with the overall service experience, and the result. It took time, and was not something an inexperienced team would have fixed. Kudos to the entire service team.
