Absolutely impressed with the service & Joseph, was AMAZING on and the phone and in person. He kept me fully informed and made me feel welcome! It was a wonderful, simple experience answered all our questions and so very friendly!

I was told that I no longer had warranty and actually I did. It should have shown up on my account when the claim was sent in.
