My technician was helpful very good at communicating the mechanics was fast and efficient. I like that they send me a video of all the work my car needs and everything that’s good on my car

The process was simple and price was easy no hidden fees or dealer mark up

This is not a normal rating, but they need to know when they’ve fallen short. They did not have a part in house so had to send out for it. That’s wasn’t the problem , the problem was that I dropped off the car at 7:20am for what is normally a 2.5 hour service but my car wasn’t ready until 4pm. No one bothered to contact me to explain the delay until the car was ready.

Everyone here was friendly, very professional and Mr. Bill Wyman and JT Trevino from the finance department really took great care of me , if I know anyone looking for a vehicle I am and would most definitely refer them to come here ! Thank you to the whole team here at Red Mccombs Hyundai kindness and professionalism go a long way these days !

I was displeased with a nonresponse to my request on whether or not the vehicle I purchased was available. So I drove to the dealership,and there it was, the car I wanted. Nate and Oscar were extremely helpful. The porter who was to clean the car should have done a better job. Overall I had a very simple well organized experienced.
