90 minutes for a multi-point inspection and an "update" and 8 more minutes just to get the car back is a reminder as to why I don't go to the dealership unless absolutely necessary. The staff are very friendly, the facility clean and well stocked. But when I asked what the inspection covered or what update was done, no one seemed to know.
