No hassle experience. The sales staff were knowledgeable, courteous and patient as we decided on what vehicle and package we wanted.
On July 17, 2025, I visited Acura Tustin and took delivery of a vehicle the same day. The dealership informed me that the vehicle was financed through San Diego Credit Union; however, that was not accurate. A week later, the vehicle remained in my possession, but the financing had not been finalized. When I attempted to return the vehicle, the dealership refused to accept it. Ultimately, the vehicle was financed through two separate banks, both of which were accepted by Acura Tustin, resulting in two active auto loans for the same vehicle. Despite numerous calls and attempts to resolve this matter, Acura Tustin has not taken any corrective action. I have been told that such an error is highly unusual, yet no resolution has been offered. I am now receiving collection calls due to missed payments on one of the duplicate loans, which has significantly impacted my financial well-being.
Over the last two decades, DHS Tustin Dealership has provided excellent service both in the sales department and in its service department. Wolos Safi was my sales consultant just recently when I purchased a 2023 Acura RDX. He could not have been more helpful. He was informative, patient, and very knowledgeable. Great experience. I have been using kyle in service for years but i have never purchased from them. My experience with Brent Beach and his sales manager Bryan Souza was everything I could ask for and what I personally strive for with my internet and sales teams. The crazy thing is that this is not where this story stops. No far from it. I had an absolutely fantastic time with Misael in the finance department lots of laughter and great overall sense that I was a valued customer. I thought to myself this has just been great overall but maybe its because they are just moving an older unit off the lot. But nope the following day when handing off my extra key and a new set of floor mats for my 22 aspec tlx trade in I got to meet Ashton Carroll the General Manager. He immediately greeted me but more importantly was there to help me. I worked in the car industry for nearly a decade and this is the first time I met a hands on General manager who was willing to help a customer. Maybe I was jaded by my previous experiences but to be honest Ashton is great. It is clear to me why he is the general manager and why his staff are all just as customer centric as he is. 10 / 10 this dealership is one of the best in California period. Even if you aren't looking to buy an Acura I would buy any car from their used car list based on the experience from the staff alone.
