Extremely poor communication especially once they have taken your money and sold you a car., it is like pulling teeth, trying to get them to do their job and send over all of my information to Hyundai. The three things I would warn any consumer considering going to this Henderson Hyundai is if you have any problems on the back end once they have your money in my experience, they will not respond to you.. Make sure you fully inspect the vehicle you are purchasing because their sales people said “ALL of their ELANTRAS on their lots have misaligned hoods”. Last if you have any problems with this dealership, go to DMV occupational license and file a complaint against them not with the BBB. Go to DMV occupational license.. They will not update Hyundai’s system with the correct information. They seem to be upset because they sold me a brand new 2025 ELANTRA hybrid with a misaligned hood and I exchanged it the second day. Since then, with all the questions that I’ve had, I cannot get an answer from any sales manager, anyone in finance and my sales consultant doesn’t know much about the situation to do any good. There is no response they can make here to save face because if they would have just simply responded in the 1st place I would have never left the review. Sold us a car with bad gas tank and fuel pump. Do Not recommend this dealership and several departments of Hyundai we were in contact with for this issue just gave us the run around and said they couldn’t help us. Cost us thousands to repair. Warning…Do Not recommend this dealership!
The service I received was truly outstanding. They were very transparent from talking to the woman who answered my phone call and questions to the service advisor taking care of me. My car was taken care of quickly and professionally.
I purchased an Elantra which included lifetime free oil changes as part of the contract. Now they claim the dealership was sold and the new company did not buy the oil contracts. Do not trust Henderson Hyundai to honor their promises and contracts.
I have to make a shout out to Fred Nelson, he is the best dealership I have ever had. He made everything smooth sailing, and he was really good to me and I really do appreciate his business. Thank you Fred Nelson!
Worst service center I have ever encountered! Do not trust them with your vehicle! Had no oil filter for an oil change then after 2 1/2 hours informed us they had to order oil. This for a scheduled service.
