What Others Say

Must be the most useless unfriendly VW dealership. Service and spares dept very unknowledgeable. Could not assist me or offer help to change a cigarette lighter fuse. Neither was anyone willing to show me which fuse it is. It seems even their technicians do not know. Or were just unwilling. But I was invited to book my car in to get them to replace the fuse at a cost of 80 $. They do Volkswagen no favors in winning customers

Worst body shop ever! DO NOT GO HERE. Not only did they purposely delay repairs to my car(And I have all the proof of this) Glenn Blackburn lied on m😔e to the insurance company. Stuart Hendrick the manager lied to the BBB and to the VA Attorney General on me. And when confronted with proof I was advised to not contact them anymore. They were rude to me the entire ordeal. My car has been back 9 times (twice in one day) and I am out of nearly $1300 due to their mistakes, lies, and miscommunications. Do yourself a favor and avoid any place associated with Page Auto Group. And you had my Google review removed (and you did this to other customers as well) and threatened legal action because I told other customers what you did to me. You will not infringe on my 2nd Amendment rights and I will tell the whole world what you did to me.

Double check everything the service department does and your car after service. I haven’t had my Tiguan one year and I’ve already had to buy a brand new tire after the service department “patched” a rear tire for life because of a "nail" and because they said that same tire got another nail in it that they couldn’t fix. Another rear tire was “patched” for a nail by the service department in July for $35 and less than a month later my tire pressure light was coming on again. I became suspicious about all of these “nail” mishaps in my rear tires and had it checked out, which I discovered they did not patch the tire likely they claimed and I paid for but instead plugged it. I believe all fo these “nails” with the plug in the tire were some sort of scam to make me buy brand new tires from them. Completely lost respect and trust in this dealership. UPDATE (9-28-21): Regarding the response below, I spoke with the dealership yesterday afternoon and I am being mailed a refund check for $35. They apologized for lack of communication regarding the plug. Also want to note that at the time of this service it was not stated on my invoice or discussed with me in person that the issue could not be “patched” due to the location of the nail. It says "Patch tire - Driver rear” on my invoice with no notes.

Customer Service rep did not provide a receipt for the service provided. When I called back multiple times I was sent to a full voice mailbox where I could not leave a message. About as unprofessional as it gets....

I wanted to take some time to discuss the experience I had the West Broad Volkswagen on February 5th, 2021. Purchasing a new car is always a stressful experience. Add COVID-19 to the mix and it goes to the next level. I began with research and found a car I thought would meet my needs. I went back in forth a little, online, with a few people to try and get the best price. The next day, the 2020 Jetta SEL went on sale. A price so good that would have been silly to pass up. I scheduled an appointment and met with Nadja Goode. At the very first moment I felt at ease. There was never a time I felt she did not have my best interest at heart. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable with, not only the car, but the whole buying experience. I never once felt she was trying to put me in a situation where I would have for haggle for my life. Purchasing is a time-consuming process (as any large purchase should be). She filled the gaps with funny banter and interesting information about the car. I never felt uncomfortable or rushed however I am certain she missed her lunch break because of me. Next, I met with Ashmed in finance. He was so incredibly kind and willing to work with me to get the best coverage at a rate I was comfortable paying. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. This is the second car I have purchased from the dealership. I cannot imagine going anywhere else, and I will tell anyone who will listen. Thank you thank you thank you!!

I have purchased several VW vehicles over the past decade and truly appreciate his professionalism, and knowledge of the Car business. Gary G. was my salesperson this week in purchasing the 2019 Atlas. Gary is a personable, people person willing to assist in the car buying process. I am pleased with the services provided by West Broad VW and look forward to many years to come, with exceptional service.
