Lacye my service advisor is outstanding. Anytime I text her letting her know I need to bring my car in she responds fast. Then she'll get me an appointments asap. When I arrive she gets my car in fast. I bring both my Hondas to her when they need service. I was bringing my CRV to the dealership I bought it at, but Gillman Honda service department is horrible. I will keep bringing both my vehicles to Lacye when I need service.
Mark Hannawi went over and above the call of duty. He was professional knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend Northside Honda and especially Mark to my family and friends. Great job Mark you exceed the bar. Nice work!
Have used North Side Honda for all the maintenance work on my daughters 2016 Honda Fit.All the work done is top notch and the Service personnel has been very knowledgeable on what has been needed to keep her car safe and well maintained,
