Outstanding service, I was kept informed as to the progress of the maintenance and when my vehicle was complete. I appreciate the very comprehensive and detailed vehicle report that I keep with my records
This is my second time just unexpectedly showing up for something regarding my new truck (at no fault of KOONS) and Chris in service has been absolutely wonderful! He has fit me in and taken care of my needs, not once but twice now! Thank you so much Chris (and of course the rest of the service guys). I appreciate you all! It was nice to see Sidney as well.
