I was able to get a last minute appointment and they did my maintenance and sent me on my way in a timely fashion.
Everything was great. I have had an issue with my shift to park and when I called Nick knew exactly what was wrong and he was able to get me in fast, two other problems came up on my vehicle and that was a dressed and they fixed everything in a few days. Nick was super sweet and he kept me updated daily on my car. The only problem was my USB was not work when I got my car back, so I had to bring it in again, but Nick got me out of there in no time. I would just have the mechanic double check things before giving them back because this is the second time after something was fixed it had to come back in because the person forgot to do something. last time I had to have my car towed from PA (where I live) back to Koons.
Great service! Courtney Hirsch (Krause) saw that I had GM rewards and that saved me lots of money. She is always nice and knowledgeable! Every time I go here everyone is great and my car is always taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend Koons! Plus, I bought my last 3 cars here !
I worked with Lacie, who was able to give me a deal that nobody within a 500 mile search radius was able to match or beat. Yes, I had to travel a bit to get the deal, but it was definitely worth the drive.
