Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh has customer service that is unapparelled and the service department makes a stressful situation much easier to get through.
Koons did a good job replacing my old onstar module with a new onstar module because the old module was not working so when they put the new module in everything worked the way it’s supposed to work. Great job.
The service center listens to my concerns and addresses past issues. Staff members are courteous and helpful. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at this dealership.
