My sevice advisor Chris S was Fantastic, he made my entire experiences at Koons the best.
Josh Chernault my service advisor was very helpful with my problem. He is always very courteous and keeps me informed on what is happening with my vehicle.
Info via text to my phone the entire time Koons was servicing my vehicle until they called notifying me to pick up my vehicle.
