Should inform customers of hours of service and pickup Cashier use to be open till 7 I was running late got to shop by 6:15 could not get my vehicle
Brought in my 2025 Equinox EV for a check of the telematics module. The vehicle got into the service bay pretty quickly and I was out within a couple of hours - much quicker than anticipated. Josh put in the request for the replacement telematics module, so I'll be back again for that procedure whenever the back-ordered part arrives. EV technician team seems to be well equipped to provide service as needed. Good communications and friendly staff all around.
Been coming since 2014 and always good service from appts to repairs and tech Christian Gutierrez is outstanding too as well as shuttle driver Mr Bill thank all so much
