My service visit went verv well. Mv service tech Thomas Howard, was very helpful. He kept me up to date with all the work that mv vehicle was getting done. Also kept me up to date with other issues found during vehicle inspection. He let me know about the costs and time that various work would take Courtesv driver Bill was also verv pleasant on ride home as well as my return trip back to dealer to pick up my truck. Thank you to all the techs that did great work on mv truck, as well as all others that had a part in my service visit And a big thank you to the entire Koons Chevy White Marsh service center team. Keep up the great work.
