I recently purchased a new Ioniq 5 here. I was successful in finding the specific vehicle I wanted and was able to handle the majority of the purchase arrangements remotely from Pennsylvania. A key aspect of the process was the fixed pricing model, which eliminated the need for negotiation or haggling, and there were no attempts made to sell unrequested optional products. Upon arriving to pick up the car, the necessary preparations for finalizing the transaction were complete. Overall, the experience here was more efficient and positive than my experiences at other dealerships where I have previously purchased cars. I recommend this location.

Bought a used Genesis G90 after an extensive search. Couldn't be happier with the experience with Annapolis Hyundai. John was a great sales person, Rob was very accommodating making the numbers work, and Chris got me in and out of the finance office quickly and thoroughly. Would highly recommend this dealership.

This car buying process is terrible, I had close to if not a hundred plus reps and dealerships reaching out to me. My budget for a practical car went from 150-200 a month to 300-400 a month because I have credit issues. All that being said this dealership was respectful of my time, courteous, and truly worked to put me in a great car at their best price possible. My sales consultant Tao Wang was awesome, walked me through the process and got me a wonderful 2025 Hyundai Elantra with less than 4k miles. His manager Robert Haas helped me finalize price and interest rates after I submitted the proper paperwork. At no point in my interactions were they pushy, predatory, or sleazy. After speaking with Robert I was pleased to learn he is also a Marine Corps vet like myself, let me tell you that puts a lot of this interaction into perspective for me. I had a Hyundai dealership closer to home try to snipe my business moments after agreeing to a test drive in Annapolis. That sales rep was willing to match the price and drop 500 to steal me away. I did not appreciate that level of dishonesty as Tao and Robert put in all the work to help me, so I never returned his calls. I know nothing about cars, that's my spouses interest and they have zero tolerance for xxxxxxxx dealers pull, at no point did they sense anything wrong or worth leaving over unlike some other places. Overall I know that in many years when I need a new car my first stop will be Annapolis Hyundai in edge water and if I get the same service I received this time I wont have any issues when buying my next car.

I liked that the dealer had cars inside that you could look at. Made it easy to see features on a cold day.
