They are a bunch of money grabbing clowns. When does a 2 year old car with 15000 miles need new brake fluid?.? That was a $250 money grab. Not again folks!!!!
Knowledgeable sales person, good test drive, and reasonably straight forward negotiation on price; overall purchase process went smoothly.
