The service center explains the needs of your car even though you might not get issues resolved. My last visit last week, the technician figured out my problem which were ball bearings and are now waiting to hear from the warranty providers before setting up a n appointment to install the front ball bearings.

He listened patiently to what I was saying offered me to leave the car in the lot overnight and he called early in the morning to tell me the plan. When the car was ready he let me know and helped with the payment on the phone and described to where the car was parked.
