Service and communicationwas good. Car was washed and vaccumed. 1 flagged issue during inspection was misdiagnosed. Recommended $600 tail light assembly replaced for just a burnt bulb.
I am very thankful to Miguel because I called him on a Monday afternoon telling him that my SUV was having issues turning on. He asked me how soon could I get there. I went in without an appointment. They checked the car and determined that it would take about 4 days to get the job done because the battery and alternator needed to be replaced. The work initially was supposed to take 4 days. However, the alternator was very delayed, possibly because of the previous snow storm and extreme cold weather. It took a week for the job to get completed. Miguel helped me through the process. He helped me rent a car and kept me informed of what was happening. Then he saw how stressed I was that it was almost a week and the alternator had not yet arrived, that he advocated on my behalf, without me asking, so that I could keep the car at no extra cost until I got my car back. I really appreciate his help and advocacy. God bless him.
