My review is only a 5 because of Jude, his customer service is Top tier! He is well knowledgeable and listened to my issue and help communicate effectively to the mechanics it needs to be listed where you can schedule with the person who best assist you and your vehicle needs. I have to say I would rate the mechanics staff a 3. There needs to be some improvement.
Jude's customer service is top tier, the service of the organization is average. there are somethings as an organization that needs improvement
