Pedro helped me buy a used Kia Niro EV. This dealership is low pressure, Pedro spent a lot of time with us, answering all our questions and letting us try different cars, without pressuring us at all. When we decided to buy, he explained some additional options but didn’t push at all when I declined the extras. I had trouble with the Bluetooth the next day (my fault, not the car), and he came in on his day off to help me; he couldn’t have been nicer. If you are thinking of buying a Kia, go to this dealer and ask for Pedro! (Rachel was also very helpful, she knows a lot about EVs.)
I drove the used car what was checked and taken care of very well, I will buy the next used car again next time .
