Transparency, honesty, and easy money s what Dick Hannah Kia exemplifies. I found my 2025 Telluride online, called, and setup an appointment for first thing the next day. Tyler met me 10 minutes early, answered all my questions, showed me the tech, and went on a great test drive. When asked to see the numbers, Tyler and his sales manager Titan, presented everything exactly as it appeared on the website, didn’t pressure me, and I felt comfortable throughout the negotiation process. I had a great experience buying a new Kia Sportage Hybrid at Dick Hannah Kia, and Lucas Davidson did a great job! I purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige from Dick Hannah Kia on August 29, 2025. I had initially made an inquiry at the Portland Auto Show about the 2026 Sportage, and I was very lucky to find Lucas Davidson of Dick Hannah Kia, who took the time to speak with me and explain a bit about the Sportage models, as well as explaining that the 2026 models weren't expected until mid to late 2025. I really liked that he did not pressure me to buy a 2025 and that he took time to talk with me, so I kept his card for seven months and called the dealership in late August. I was happy to hear that he was still working for Dick Hannah; too often it seems like there's a huge turnover in sales staff at car dealerships. As it turned out, Lucas had been there for 12 years, so he was very experienced in how to deal with customers. When I arrived, he greeted me and he had set aside a car for me to look at, because we had spoken on the phone earlier in the week. He was direct, didn't play games, and was very straightforward with me about pricing and options. When the sales manager showed up to finish the deal, it was clear that I only wanted to deal with Lucas, so the sales manager left it to him to finish the deal, which was good. Lucas took the time to not only show me all the features of the Sportage (and there are a lot of features!), but also to walk me around to the Service and Parts department, as well as the finance department where I paid with a check. The whole process, from arrival, test drive, to purchase paperwork and tour took just under 4 hours, which would be pretty normal. Bottom-lines: 1) I was treated right; 2) they listened to what I wanted; 3) they didn't play games with pricing or add-ons; 4) I feel like I got a good deal; 5) there was only the tiniest bit of pressure for things like additional warranties or accessories, but they respected my "no, thanks" without making me feel bad. 6) I liked Lucas the salesperson, who did a great job of just taking the time to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend Dick Hannah Kia if you're shopping for a new Kia!

I’ve been working with Titan and Mozzy at Dick Hannah Kia while considering a new lease, and they have been fantastic. From the start, both were professional, knowledgeable, and transparent.
