I am appreciative in helped right away even without an appt. but it did take way longer than I was told. I was also told my car was washed. Yes, it looked like it was washed but also left in the sun afterwards.... I bought 4 new tires which had white residue on them which I will be scrubbing off myself.... I am also wondering if I have any Ford rewards that may have been used towards the cost of my tires. One last thing. In the past I've been told fluids are filled every time my car is there. That was not done. I went to Auto Zone afterwards to buy tire cleaner. The young man there re-filled my wiper fluid for me.
