This dealership has been pretty good for customer service I would probably recommend Ken Ganley Ford to anyone who asks about the dealership
Everything went great, George from service help with all my questions. The entire experience was great.
The service department is amazing. I appreciate the one on one experience and the gentleman who I dealt with went out of his way to explain things to me
The pick-up/delivery option is superb! It is such a hassle to go to a dealership and wait for services to be completed or make arrangements for a ride. This made it much easier. I stayed home while they serviced my vehicle.
Dave was very helpful. The waiting room was clean. They even ran my car through the wash last time.
The advisor did a good job, but there were a lot of issues that kept pushing back the time to finish it back. It was almost 2 weeks total and all it was, was a brake light.
