They were very friendly and fast my only complaint is my car wasn't run through the wash. I guess that's not a thing at Ford but it should be.
Prompt with scheduling my service. In for two new tires, rotation and oil change. In and out. Service appointment at 7am, back at work by 9am. Great experience.
