What Others Say

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I went in to meet Miss Sanchez who I’ve been texting for the past week about trading in my 2019 Cadillac XT4. When I got there I was bombarded by several sales people. When I told them I was there to meet Miss Sanchez. They said they had no idea who she was. No to mention they completely ignored my friend who was with me walked in front of him and treated him like he wasn’t even there. Once inside two cells people were fighting over who was going to help me even though I was there to speak with Miss Sanchez? They refused to accept that she was the one I was going to be working with by the time I got to a desk another sales person reached out his hand to shake my hand at the same time he pulled my arm and said you need to go over there. Miss Sanchez is over there as if he was angry with a female sales person I was currently talking to. I need to mention I’m an amputee so when he jerked my arm to pull me towards Miss Sanchez I almost fell. He neither apologise or even acknowledge that he almost knocked me to the ground. I felt very uncomfortable. Very unsafe. while we were walking out they chased us down. Why are you leaving? Why are you leaving? What did we do? What did we do? Wouldn’t take no for an answer. I get to my car. Look up and a female sales agent was standing in my window. It was Miss Sanchez. I informed her there was nothing that she had done wrong but it was her colleagues and I would not be buying a car from this establishment now or ever and drove away 10 minutes later they called my phone several times in a row and never left a voicemail if I were you I would stay far far away from this establishment. If I could give them a zero I would.

Classic bait and switch! I was online and found two cars both 2024. They said they had them in stock, these were new. The salesgal tried to pawn a diffenrent car to me saying they are all the same. So, a different salesman said they can find me a car and I said “unless you are selling it to me at the price I was quoted, no thanks. They said the cars were not there, the ones that I went to look at. They wanted to sell me a car that listed for 10,000.00 more than what I looked at. These folks are committing fraud and I will be pursuing litigation.

While I was in the dealership for service, it was when sales person Terry McGriff approached me about a new car. The service ppl have always been the best Samuel and a few others. This Sales person Terry McGriff played me like a fiddle. I realized just how much after the fact. This person was a xxxxxxx, unloading a car on me I could not afford and one we had not even discussed the cost or the amenties on it. Only to get home and realize it didn't even have automatic trunk release which I needed as I am mobility impaired and I need this feature to store my walker. Now this was days later as Terry McGriff drove it to my home. This person played on my weakness and lack of knowledge. He knew how to keep the pressure up disguised as being helpful. Telling me all the great service package was and just let my current one go back since it had high mileage etc., I had been there all day I was worn out physically. Then after the dust clears, I'm home I realize I had been bamboozled. This happened in October 2024. I took me this long to write because I couldn't believe I had allowed myself to be taken advantage of like that. This is the short version of the story. Some are probably thinking well it's my fault, yes to a degree. No one should take advantage of another person because they can. I guess that's the kind of world we live in. I would not advise anyone to go to a dealership alone, Some of these guys are ruthless.

Us the people need to find a better way to buying cars from all these dealerships that aren't geared towards customer satisfaction. Yet again got ripped off by the next dealership just waiting to make the almighty buck. I have been through 4 managers and none of them are willing to make this situation right for all parties involved. None of the employees wanted to jump in to help

I keep getting passed from one manager to another, but no real solution to the problem. Clay Cooley purposely waited until the 7-day grace period was over before even trying to talk to me to deal with situation at hand. NEVER DID. Still 2 months into it, and I am still waiting on Ron King, Aaron (Sales manager) and the president to make this deal with this situation, and just make it RIGHT!! I don't Ron King back on the 5th day of my purchase that if they couldn't refund me the warranty crap then they could take the car back altogether. STILL NOTHING, they waited until after those 7 days to even deal with me and couldn't make the situation right. Now I have a car that all the paint is flying off the front bumper like its dust sitting there, I am to the point that I will call all NEWS STATION to see if one of them want to pick up this story!!

I have bought a car very recently from this dealership and the issues started to appear with the tires and they dont care to give a response rather asking me to keep wait from the past two days. I dont suggest anyone to buy hyundai vehicle in the very first place if you care about your peace but if at all you decided to buy one then definitely claycooley is not the choice of dealership that you can go for.
