What Others Say

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Prius Prime XSE in November 2023. The dealership failed to notify me that there were no snow tires available for this car when I purchased it, and I live in Syracuse, NY, which has one of the snowiest winters in the northeast. I have owned Prius's since 2006 and learned that snow tires were essential for navigating Central New York roads in the winter. I researched and discovered that I could create a snow tire that fit the car by combining a certain size tire and hub. I got the dealer's parts department to order the tires and hubs I selected and they ordered the wrong hub and had to reorder it. They finally got the order right and installed the snow tires. After the tires were installed, the TPMS low pressure indicator lit up. I brought the car back to the dealer and they told me that they failed to order the correct TPMS sensors for the snow tires, and had to order the correct ones. In all, I made 3 extra trips to the dealer to get snow tires put on my new car, but my main complaint is that the car was sold to me without telling me that there was a problem with snow tire availability. In addition, the cost for the custom-made snow tires was substantially more than if I had snow tires already available for the car.

Went in for an expensive timing belt service to the Toyota service for my 20 yr old Lexus. Lexus website says I can have Toyota do the service, but Burdick told me only through their expensive Lexus service. Walked out and about to set an appt with Romano. Burdick is scammers

Worst service experience ever. Hybrid Tech doesn't know how to troubleshoot, instead replaces parts that aren't needed - costing thousands of dollars. What would have been a simple and affordable fix turned into a nightmare. Customer Service and service advisors are an absolute joke, don't expect anyone to follow up with the status of your vehicle and don't expect these people to get a 20 minute job done in a day, takes weeks for them to do absolutely nothing for a trouble code. Huge lack of communication between customer service and service advisors. Customer Service Manager has a snarky attitude about refunds. Go to Romano Toyota or learn how to fix your own car. Don't expect the owner to care about the money you spent or the time wasted on your vehicle. He would not honor a refund for a very expensive part that wasn't needed to begin with!! Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, this place has lost all of my respect! Never going back!

Easy, fast and professional. I will definitely return when it’s time for my next car! It’s not the experience to “get through” , but a pleasure.

Very professional, clean and friendly atmosphere. The employees really care and want what is best for the customer. Top notch sales and service, definitely recommend!

Dealership is awesome ! 15th toyota I’ve either leased or purchased . Peter Tortorello was my salesperson and I will recommend him to everyone !! He is the best !
