I had a really positive experience with Isabel, she answered questions, gave good info and was very low pressure, no pressure at all, a perfect sales associate. She was patient, showed me what I wanted to see, and was very helpful. I found a used Camry, and am very happy with it. Thank you, Isabel! I started looking into a new Prius (I have owned 3 Previous Priuses) last August. We decided that since we now have a solar array on our house, we wanted a plug-in version and after considering the options decided that we really wanted a Premium car and a white one besides. In other words, we wanted a unicorn! There were just none available. Working initially with Ryan Kocher, who clearly expained the difficulty with providing that exact model and color--and lack of unwanted Port-installed accessories. When Ryan received a promotion, keeping us up to date with our interest and the status of our unicorn as he passed us over to Eddie Woodfin for the final transaction. Both Eddie and Ryan conscientiouly kept us informed as to the statis of "our" car and notified us promptly when it finally arrived at the dealership. When we arrived to pick up the car, Eddie made sure that all was well with the car and handled the transaction efficiently and competently. and explained what we needed to know about the car's various systems. Eddie was personable and patient.
In short, we were very pleased with the entire transaction and could not be more pleased with Eddie's help both in the delivery and in meeting with us on a subsequent visit to further explain the working of the navigation system.
We are of course still working on learning the multi-media but have confidence that if we need more help, Eddie will make himself available to explain anything we can't figure out for ourselves.

On our 2025 4Rummer TRD Sport we have a bumper upper trim that keeps warping, so this would have been a second repair, but Larry H. Miller dealership refused to honor the warranty to replace the trim again. The service manager called and said all the 2025 4Runner was having that issue, so no warranty replaces the trim again. Toyota said it was covered, but the dealership said it's not covered. DO NOT BUY A 2025 4RUNNER TRD SPORT from this dealership because they will not honor warranty work!!!
Love my Camry xse 2025. Pickup is fantastic! You'd never know it was a 4 cylinder hybrid. And, it is super cool in Ocean Gem color. This is the sport version and it is my dream car. All of this was made possible by my salespeople, Robert Ferstyl, and the LHM toyota team. Very friendly, no pressure, they worked hard to get me the only Camry I wanted and a deal to match. Best Toyota dealer in NM ... and I've tried to work with a few others. See Robert!!! You won't be disappointed!
