What Others Say

I have a 2016 Corvette 7 speed manual with the Z51 option which had a message, "Service Suspension." My service advisor, Antonio Chavez, handled the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. During the service, the technician noted that my front brakes would soon need pad and rotor replacement. I was happy that this was found to avoid a future dangerous situation. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced at Simpson.

I brought my car in because I believed that the computer in the car had failed, this happened 2 and a half years ago. Turned out to be a bad 12V battery, I was informed by the service rep that the transmission oil cooler lines were leaking and it would cost over $ 1,500 to fix this. Two and a half years ago I paid $800 to fix the transmission oil cooler lines that were leaking and that they should not leak again. The service rep tried to cover the repair under warranty, but I was told that it had been over two years and was no longer covered. I asked if they would be willing to charge the $800 that I paid two years ago, the service rep agreed and the repair was done AGAIN. Was disappointed that the dealer would not stand behind their work.

Very Disappointed - Poor Service and No Accountability I recently took a truck in for electrical issues. When we picked it up, we noticed the rear wheel lug nuts were loose -- two were even missing. We immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealer. They claimed they never touched the rear wheels and that the truck was never on a lift. That struck me as odd, considering the type of repairs performed required the front wheels to be removed, and a multipoint inspection was supposedly done. I left multiple messages for the service manager -- no response. I also emailed both Alex and James Simpson about the issue and have yet to hear back from either of them. Unfortunately, this isn't our first bad experience with this facility. There seems to be a complete lack of accountability and communication. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend doing business with them.

I had a great experience taking my Tahoe in for service. Todd answered all of my questions and provided suggestions. My service was completed quickly which was also convenient.

Purchased a custom Tahoe in 2023 and experience was so great that I sent ten people there to buy cars. Purchased a new custom Tahoe and custom 2500 in July 2025 and the experience was awful. Finance guy snuck in every warranty imaginable, they didn't honor a price guarantee, parts still missing for the 2500 two months later, asked to speak to a manager and no one has returned my calls, getting the runaround. I don't know what's happened, but in two years time, I've spent nearly 300k there and they've sold over a million dollars in vehicles to people I've sent there and this is how I'm treated. Beyond disappointed. If you purchase a car there, go over your contract with a fine-tooth comb.

James has taken great care of me since I bring all my vehicles to him Appreciate the continued service
