Victor and Randy won my business through answering my call, providing helpful new vehicle information and proactively assisting me with a factory order. Due to an existing GM relationship with another dealer, I anticipated buying my new truck elsewhere for a “better deal” however this other dealer was no match for Victor and Randy’s level of customer service. When my truck arrived early, it was no question that I would drive 60 miles from my home to purchase from Simpson Chevrolet instead of the closer dealer.
The electrical problem still persists. I feel nothing was fixed. Technicians left their trash in my car was filthy, dirty. There is a technician there by the last name, Simpson, very unprofessional and very rude.
I take my 2012 GMC to the dealer because they found an issue I had with the front end and fixed it since then I have used Simpson for routine maintenance and feel their safety check keep my car running smoothly.
James Simpson is the best and makes the service visit a pleasant one. Easy In Easy Out!
Every time we come to this dealership for service, we have encountered an issue - typically surrounding poor customer service and lack of even adequate assistance or a sense of customer care. I will not get another chevrolet simply because the dealership’s service department has been so disappointing.
Joaquin and the rest of the team were very easy to work with. They didn't insist or pressure me into buying additional things that I was not interested in. There weren't any surprise add-ons at the end, and they were very straightforward with discussions on pricing. I would recommend that people go to this dealership if they are looking to buy a Chevy. I can't stress enough that they are very straightforward with their pricing and don't try that typical sales approach of artificially inflating the price to make you negotiate the price down!
