Due to an existing GM relationship with another dealer, I anticipated buying my new truck elsewhere for a “better deal” however this other dealer was no match for Victor and Randy’s level of customer service. When my truck arrived early, it was no question that I would drive 60 miles from my home to purchase from Simpson Chevrolet instead of the closer dealer.

I take my 2012 GMC to the dealer because they found an issue I had with the front end and fixed it since then I have used Simpson for routine maintenance and feel their safety check keep my car running smoothly.

The electrical problem still persists. I feel nothing was fixed. Technicians left their trash in my car was filthy, dirty. There is a technician there by the last name, Simpson, very unprofessional and very rude.
