My problem wiith the explanation I recieved is linked to the represenative who sold me the warranty. My wife and I were under the impression that we would have a warranty during the life of our payment arrangements OR we would be allowed to acumulate 100,000 REAL TIME MILES. I have no additional comment.

Part on back order for a new car is ridiculous, taking away my livelihood. I am disappointed.
