Fantastic experience getting a 2026 RAV4 Woodland at Carlsbad Toyota, from start to finish. The whole staff, sales, finance, everyone were great!
Taylor is professional,kind and very welcoming. He listen to the client concerns while also informing the clients what their car is needing. I appreciate that he explains things to me. I hope and wish that every advisor are like this. I wish that they look after the clients car because after all cars are already expensive. I like how he is honest and told me the things that my car needs. It is very appreciated since I know nothing about cars and at times gets scammed for something my car does not need. To Toyata Carlsbad your advisors, mechanic and everyone deserves a raise,good work environment and health insurance. The employees is always excellent.

Do not let your 84 year old mother go in for service here unless you want incomplete service and long waits with $4000 estimates with pitches for how much easier it would be to “just buy a new car”. The oil was never changed like she came in for. When given the opportunity to explain and/or fix, I was immediately told that I don’t have a power of attorney and that they explain d technical jargon TO AN 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN, and again, can’t/won’t speak to me because I don’t have piwer of attorney. It speaks volumes that that is what they go to when someone has questions about how the dealership treated my 84 year old mother. Dealerships really wonder why people are fed up with their antics. When questions arise about servicing, who goes to “power of attorney” so quick like that?! We all know the answer to that. A prime example of why we need elderly protective services and consumer advocate agencies. Buyer beware
