We had an amazing experience buying our Atlas Cross Sport from Clay Cooley Volkswagen. The entire process was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Michael Martinez was our salesman for this purchase and also helped our son a few months ago when he purchased a VW Jetta GLI—he was fantastic both times. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. What really speaks volumes is that this wasn’t our first experience with them. They took wonderful care of our son during his purchase as well, and the experience was just as positive. That consistency says a lot about the team and how they treat their customers. Steve Martin, our manager, was the best to work with and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. We did visit other dealerships before coming here, and the difference was night and day—the experiences elsewhere were honestly awful compared to this.
