Chloe was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had previously met with Chloe to discuss what vehicle was right for me, and based on our discussion, we settled on a RAV4 being the best fit. She proceeded to work with me and keep in contact in order to help secure a RAV. After driving it for multiple days, I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the entire acquisition process. I have 2 rav4 i brought in 2025. I am handicapped disable with cancer.It was setup on my rav4 one way and not they backed out of there agreement that they promised when i brought 2 at one time. That bothers me The guy that set it up for me retire.Very disappointed in them when i try to reason with them.I will still get service there beacuse there service is the best compared to others.

Mike was terrible to me when we talk on the phone..They called me not mike and i expain the situation to him.I wasnt happy with there answer to me.

Tyler knew I was looking for specific Toyota Models and gave me a call on Saturday to let me know that there was one that I may be interested in looking at. I drove to Wilkesbarre to check it out and test drive a beautiful Toyota Tundra Platinum Crewmax with all the accessories a guy could ever ask for. I ended up purchasing the Tundra that day! Tyler was awesome through the whole process. He showed us all the vehicle had to offer and we took a good test drive. When it came to sitting down and talking numbers he was patient and fair and not once did it feel like a pressured or rushed sale. Tyler struck me as a man of integrity and honesty. The entire experience was a good one from drive to sale! When we are ready to replace my wifes vehicle I will definitely contact Tyler!
