Instead, he completely ignored me. That was especially disappointing given how much he claims to give back to the community. It didn’t feel genuine, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Customers of 10 years this by far has been the BEST experience ever! Huge shout out to Gabe Lopez he’s one of the best to work with, he knew what we were looking for and where we wanted to be price wise and he got us just that, never tried to make us settle for something we didn’t want and found us the perfect vehicle. Beware of rim damaged done by service technicians. 2023 Rav, standard service, tire, brake, misc. Ready for pick, notice all for rims are damaged, most damaged closer to center hub with some outter damaged, catch a finger on lifted metal of rim. In short manager best* that can be done, wait on tire restore specialist to get it at alright, but not as good as it was before we serviced your vehicle. Plus told that I curbbed my rims, previously those wheel and tires were in the rear of the vehicle. Before the rotation. I am sad and very disappointed. Car is parked furtherest away from stores, refuse to got into drive thru. I'm not a valley girl, whom can cry to daddy for a new car. No I spent my own money on this car because I knew toyota is reliable and worth it's price.(2023Rav4Prime)

I completely appreciate the service I received at this dealership and from my salesman Gerald and finance person, Pascal. Gerald was so easy and fun to work with that I’ve referred 2 of closest friends to him and I will continue to refer friends to him. The dealership as a whole has been a wonderful experience, from when you first arrive, you’re greeted with enthusiasm to when your transaction is complete, you feel that everyone is genuinely happy for you. Thank you Gerald for making this car buying experience the most enjoyable one.

Horrible follow up, selling cars not up to Toyota’s reconditioned standards. Sold me a car with a filthy engine bay, and under carriage packed with dirt and sand. Was sold missing the wheel caps. Still waiting for those 2 months later. Was told that they were going to make it better then never heard from them again tried following up and contacting the person that negotiated and helped me with my sale. But the follow up has been horrendous. Needless to say when I was purchasing the car I was getting called quite frequent. I would not recommend buying a car from this establishment take the trip and go to Santa Barbara or Ventura Toyota. After spending almost $50,000 to end up with a car in that shape was more than disappointing. Not to mention it was missing the roof rack that came with the vehicle and I had to mention that my TRD skid plate was missing again avoid this place.
