I took my truck in there twice for the same problem. The connector in the back of the truck that hook up to a trailer is not working. The first time they ran two diagnostic test for some reason and charged me almost $400. Why they ran two I have no idea. But the problem still was not fixed. I took it back again and they had to charge me again for a diagnostic test for almost $275. I tried to argue it and they told me if it happens again come back with my trailer and show them that it’s not working and they will talk about a refund. I don’t agree with it. I think that was crap. This is a lease vehicle and they’re trying to blame it on me that I did something wrong with the fuses. Keep blowing. Not happy.

Point of sale was good. Salesman had good knowledge of classic car inventory to include the one I purchased. Final price was fair. After sale was disappointing. I am out of state and waited over a week for bill of sale and title to be delivered. Was told title had been mailed on Monday but received it via overnight express on Thursday. This means I was not given a straight answer to a direct question. It also means they waited a full week from the time they were paid in full to fulfill their end of the deal. Raises immediate integrity concerns which is primary reason I wouldn't recommend them. Car transport was 6 days after they were paid in full (cash sale). I was anxious to get the car registered and on the road with no sense of urgency on their part. Additionally, car was delivered with only one ignition key with no way to unlock the doors. Other documents expected with the car were forgotten and then not all would be sent due to cost of mailing them all.

Car was fixed fast and looks great and rent a car was very smooth transaction. Thank you
