I purchased my first brand new vehicle from kia Country of savannah. It was recently brought to my attention that the vehicle I purchased from here has illegal tint from an officer who cited me for the offense. I reached out to the sales manager edwin to see if anything can be done as I will be left with the charge to remove the tint and the ticket cost. All that was offered to me was "advice" to take it to a tint shop and see if they can remove it or just peel it off myself or trade it in. For the most part, I have been satisfied with my purchase, but the customer service has left a lot to be desired. He also told me he was not going to pull any records to see if there is any proof of a tint on the vehicle. Was also informed they had no pictures of the vehicle when they received it. Didn't even want to lift a finger to work with me. I dont see myself purchasing my next vehicle from here after this experience. Maybe I would be treated better if I purchased a $50,000 car instead of a $25,000 car.

I went to Kia On Jan 16 for their sales event, which I was told by the sales rep. Patrick that I won gift card, but they didnt have them on hand; he said I could come back that afternoon or he would mail it to me. Since I couldnt come back I said mail it. Well 2 weeks past no gift card, so I called them, the receptionist said she would check into it and will call me 'right' back; I waited until now to say if these friendly and polite people of Kia cant keep there word about an gift card or calling back. I would not trust them about their vehicles. I know this was a sales event. but even though I was not going to buy, they should have kept their word

Had great service with friendly staff. Free coffee, snacks, and car wash are nice bonuses.

Salesperson was extremely helpful and polite. Finance manager was very thorough and also very friendly and polite. Would definitely go back and also recommend them to other people.

The Kia service crew got my car in at the time of the appointment and didn’t leave me waiting all day. They did a great job and explained what would need to be done next time.
