I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonderful experience. They are professional and very efficient. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time, and they were done in under an hour. I recently had an issue with my car and they got to it first thing in the morning. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I also appreciate their shuttle service if you live within miles. Their service department and their sales department are excellent. I purchased a new Santa Fe last week. I was stunned by the professionalism and personal touch. George Sparks was attentive and thorough in presenting, explaining, and delivering the vehicle. Nick the Sales Manager is wonderful. I had an after market towing kit installed and he facilitated the whole process. Ed in finance was excellent as well, with no high pressure marketing.
