We traded in 2 vehicles worked with Doug Boles on a new 2025 F150 Lariat , and Chris Palmer on the trades. The whole process was done in a few hours! We are very impressed with their vehicle knowledge and timely execution!! Nice work Doug and Chris.
Service was done efficiently and completely. They even washed my car after! Thank you for a job well done!
I always had the best results when I’ve had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. It was easy to get an appointment.
can't say enough good things about my experience with Apple Ford White Bear Lake, especially working with Ryan McCarthy. He’s hands down the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics — just honest help and great communication. I had built out a van on Ford’s website and submitted it twice to New Brighton Ford with no response. But when I reached out to Apple Ford, their team jumped on it within minutes. That’s when I got connected with Ryan, and everything changed. Ryan went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. He walked me through the financing options, made sure everything went smoothly, and even followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy and everything was going well. That kind of customer service is rare. If you're looking for a dealership that actually listens and follows through and a sales rep who genuinely cares go see Ryan McCarthy at Apple Ford. You won’t regret it.
I was very happy with my buying experience at Apple Ford. My salesman Pete answered most of my questions and if there was something he didn't know right away he found someone who was able to answer. Overall it was a very pleseant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Apple Ford.
Well, let's start at the beginning. During the test drive, after only about 2 minutes on the highway, I was instructed to turn to the smaller roads. Now, everybody knows you need to drive your vehicle on the highway (the main reason you are going to buy the vehicle) in order to test out the things you need to know before making the purhase. I did not appreciate cutting my test drive short. Next, there was a constant changing of at least three people during the visit. I only need to deal with one person for a purchase please. After that, when I mentioned the vehicle price had jumped $500 dollars since I saw it about a few weeks ago, one of the salesman (the same one who cut my test drive short), said "Do you have proof of that?" I promptly and properly asked "What? We are in a car dealership the last time I checked, not in a court of law." Then the salesman who cut my test drive short and his immediate supervisor and I, to put it politely, discussed the $500 price increase for about 35 minutes. Finally, the big boss, the store manager, came over and said he heard our spirited 'discussion' and wanted to make me happy, He advised he had coupons that could bring the price down $500 and asked if I wanted him to do that. I said yes. Take Aways: dont' cut short anybody's test drive; don't demand proof when a customer tellls you the price has changed; don't change the sales person--only need one; and for the big boss, don't wait too long before coming to make the customer happy. Now, I'm giving this dealership five stars despite the facts recited because at the end, a proper and just result was reached. I hope going foward, this just result can be reached quicker.
