Just want to take some time to let the service team know how happy I am with the service I received to my 2024 Cadillac XT5. I called in and scheduled with Danielle, had a very easy scheduling process and she got me in at a preferred day and time. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by the team and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I spoke with Ken and Nick and even got to chat with the new service manager Jimmy for a bit. The waiting room was very comfortable and the new upgrades to the building look great!
