Very comfortable experience, salesman (Luis) was very friendly, professional & accommodating, he took time to show us the vehicle as well as explain all the features of the vehicle ( 2023 Cx5 premium plus certified ) . The vehicle presented very well even before detailing & prep . Roy in finance went over & explained all parts of the transaction in a manner that was thorough & he made sure that we understood the context of all documents. Every contact we had while at the dealership were friendly & accommodating. The building itself was very clean & comfortable .
