I had a very good experience. The service team was attentive and polite. I was updated about the status of my car and the work was done promptly.
Arrived at this dealership to pick up a car I had been discussing with Adel Brea, one of their sales associates, via phone and email. She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so. Because of these three individuals, I will be referring as many people as possible to this dealership. Thank you for doing right by us!

Very comfortable experience, salesman (Luis) was very friendly, professional & accommodating, he took time to show us the vehicle as well as explain all the features of the vehicle ( 2023 Cx5 premium plus certified ) . The vehicle presented very well even before detailing & prep . Roy in finance went over & explained all parts of the transaction in a manner that was thorough & he made sure that we understood the context of all documents. Every contact we had while at the dealership were friendly & accommodating. The building itself was very clean & comfortable . All in all it was a very smooth & non pressured experience , could see ourselves as being return customers Thank you , respectfully Alexander Jablonski
This is my third Mazda, and one of the reasons for me to choose another one, is the great service I receive every time I take my car for maintenance. My service advisor Kathy also has a great memory and always knows the history of my vehicle.
