This dealership is outstanding! Tom Bull has been my outstanding salesperson for the past 12 years. He continually provides great knowledge about the vehicles I purchase and explains the many features that are offered for each of the vehicles. The employee at this dealership under the name Christian wanted to argue with me when I called about a complaint. I was in an accident prior to my visit on 3/16/2026. The location of 8129 Main St. has apparently two different Toyota locations despite the fact they are alongside each other. The Toyota collision center repaired my car in early 2026 and I mentioned that one of my tires had been losing pressure. They checked the tire and could never find the cause of the leak. After the repairs, I was constantly having to refill my tire on a weekly basis. The Toyota service center found the bead was leaking and repaired it. Even though I had asked about the tire leaking before that, they still felt it was necessary to charge me. I spent $800 on these tires when I bought them from west herr and I constantly need to have them resealed from flats. When I called about this, the employee Christian wanted to argue with me, say these are two separate locations and accuse me of trying to scam them out of a free patch job. He refused to let me speak and told me two different locations means they still have to charged me. He also laughed it off when I mentioned no one found it and said “that’s how it goes”. Horrible employee and horrible customer service.

I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off at the collision shop on Feb. 24th to have a grille replaced that I pre-ordered. They did not get the vehicle into the shop until Feb. 27th even though I had an appointment on the 24th. They then found that it needed 2 small brackets that needed to be replaced. Called me on the 27th and said they would order the parts and have them on Tuesday March 3rd. They called me on March 3rd and advised me they will give me an update on my vehicle on March 5th as the parts were ordered wrong. I finally received my vehicle back on March 5th. it took 11 days to replace a grille.
