The best Toyota Dealership I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, the have great coffee, a comfortable waiting area, offer free shuttles or uber, have rental cars and take videos and pictures of your service. I trust them with my Toyota!
I drove from Renton Washington for a RAV4. Made an appointment for the next day. CONFIRMED the appointment with both my dealer and one of the online sales reps. After driving 2.5 hours was told by text that my car that I was coming for was sold the day before. xxx? I repeatedly told these xxxx's that I don't want to come down if the car is there and this was the communication that I received. Compensated for just the gas there after telling them I took PDO for this xx. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Also worth mentioning that when my girlfriend was speaking to the sales manager the dealer was cowering behind him with a smirk. If you do come to this dealership do not go with Esther Nuryagdieva, Bobby Gargari, or Micheal Keene. Customer service was xxxx.
I have the pleasure of working with Donnie G this last weekend after I made an online inquiry about a used car. Donnie was patient with me while I not only asked a million questions, but also rang in my dad and my brother regarding a potential purchase. He gave me peace of mind regarding hybrids and the batteries, and made the process seamless when I counteroffered. 10/10 Donnie! Thank you again!
I just bought a new 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross here. The salesperson, Amur Music was exceptional..reviewed all the cars features with me, was professional and thorough. In 30+ years of buying cars, he is the first salesperson who took the time to show me how all the great features on this vehicle work, he set up my bluetooth, downloaded the Toyota app for me and made sure I understood the car. Did not rush and encouraged questions. I'm an older lady so he had to repeat information several times and never made me feel a bother. I will be back for another car....and I will look for him! A pleasant car buying experience, best ever! Thank you Amur....you RocK!
I love Toyota! We’ve had many most at different dealership. - Corolla - Camry - Land Cruiser - 2 Tundra - Platinum Grand Highlander Our next car will likely be a Toyota but I will NEVER go to this dealership again. Their follow-up service is the worst. The following questions are about financing I replied very good because we paid cash. Other no constructive questions on this questionnaire.
Bought the Hybrid Max Platinum Toyota Crown. Had it for over 2 months and I am unable to get a second key for my car? The dealership will state it is a Toyota problem that they have no control over the issue? They cannot even provide a timeline for my second key. When did dealerships lose the ability to manufacture/produce a key? This seems like a very simple problem that the dealership could overcome. Instead, Vancouver Toyota Managers and Salesman look and act like a bunch of bobbleheads when you ask a question, providing everything except an acceptable answer.
