What Others Say

If you are looking for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Allyssa. Working with Allyssa didn't feel like a typical dealership experience; it felt like we had a partner in the process. From the moment we started, she focused on making a genuine connection with us rather than just pushing for a sale. We never felt like "just another number". She was incredibly patient, kind, and completely removed the stress and pressure usually associated with buying a car. My wife and I came in unsure of exactly what we wanted. Allyssa was very accommodating and helped us test drive both the Grand Highlander standard Hybrid and the Hybrid MAX back-to-back. That comparison was a game-changer and led us to switch our focus to the MAX, which we absolutely love. She never pressured us; she just gave us the information we needed to make the right choice. She really went above and beyond when it came to the specific car. Even though the one we originally wanted wasn't available, she found us a different color that we didn't even know we would like, and she presented such an incredible deal that we couldn't say no. On top of that, CMA’s flexibility was a lifesaver. We had a sick child at home, making it impossible for my wife and me to be there at the same time. Allyssa and the team worked with us, allowing me to come in Saturday to handle my part while letting my wife finish up on Monday so she could stay home with our son. That level of understanding is rare. A huge shout-out to the rest of the team as well: * Jeremy (Sales Manager): Thank you for working with Allyssa to put together a deal that made the color switch a no-brainer. * Keith (Finance): A true professional. There was zero pressure to oversell us on products we didn't want, which made the final paperwork a breeze. * The Support Team: To everyone in the background who worked on getting this car ready for us, thank you! To the management team: Allyssa is a star. She turned a complicated situation into a perfect car buying experience. We will be sending everyone we know her way!

Mathew Peters was a great salesman! Very knowledgeable and respectful. Let us take a few different cars on a test drive so we could figure out what car was best fit us.

YALL I went last week, and it was amazing. Make sure you ask for our gurl Alyssa! She’s the best sales person they got there. Super nice and very knowledgeable. Any questions? She got you. She’s the best around the DMV area, so don’t play and go now!!! Other than that, the car selection was great and I guess the other guys are okay too.

I would like to Thank Tyler Staddon, "Finance Manager" and Josh Smith, "Shop Manager". Tyler started the ball rolling getting the problems we were experiencing rectified getting us in touch with Josh and after a 20 minute phone call our issues are headed in a favorable solution. Thanks again Sam & cookandcrafts

I had an outstanding experience at CMA Toyota of Martinsburg, and I feel like it deserves to be shared in detail. Back in 2023, I purchased a vehicle that I thought was the right fit for me. At that time, my salesperson Allyssa had kindly suggested that I consider something newer, but I decided to go a different route. Fast forward to March of 2025, I walked back into the dealership and found Allyssa again. The first thing I told her was, “You were right, I should have listened to you the first time.” She just laughed with me, no judgment at all, and immediately got to work helping me find something brand new that actually suited my needs, my family, and my budget. From the very beginning, Allyssa went above and beyond. She never once made me feel rushed or pressured to pick “just any” vehicle. Instead, she took her time walking me through the lot, showing me different models, explaining features, and answering all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear she genuinely wanted me to be happy and confident with my purchase, not just make a quick sale. Her patience and professionalism really stood out to me, and it made all the difference. Once I had narrowed down my options, I worked with Tyler, who handled all of the paperwork and financing. Let me just say, he was incredible as well. Buying a car is often stressful when it comes to numbers, but Tyler worked tirelessly to make sure the payments stayed where I needed them to be. He took the time to go over every detail, explain the paperwork clearly, and adjust things until I was truly comfortable with the deal. I never once felt like I was being pushed into something outside my budget, which is rare in this industry. What really impressed me, though, was the overall atmosphere of the dealership. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about the customers who were walking through the doors. It didn’t feel like the stereotypical “car buying experience.” Instead, it felt more like a team effort, everyone was working together to make sure I drove away in a vehicle that I loved and could afford. Even after the purchase, Allyssa and Tyler didn’t just stop caring. They both reached out to me multiple times to check in, see how I was doing with the new vehicle, and make sure everything was running smoothly. That kind of follow-up service shows they really value their customers beyond the sale, and that’s something you don’t find at every dealership. I can honestly say this was the smoothest, most stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I left not only with a brand-new vehicle that I love, but also with complete confidence that I made the right choice. Allyssa and Tyler went the extra mile for me in every possible way, and I am so grateful for their help. If you’re in the market for a new car and want to work with people who are honest, patient, and committed to doing what’s best for you, I highly recommend CMA Toyota of Martinsburg. Ask for Allyssa and Tyler, you won’t regret it. They’ve set the bar so high that I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future.

this has got to be the most unorganized service department I have ever dealt with. We are a used vehicle dealership and we have needed to out source work to our nearest Toyota dealer and both times have been an absolute disaster. Currently the truck has been there for a week with NO communication on their end or any update. Secondly I called just a little bit ago and needed the previous RO sent to me and the lady said they can send it Monday. It takes maybe a whole 2 mins to send an email. The last time we had send the same truck they threw 3 different parts at it, cause THEY didn't even know what was wrong with it. Certified techs? No absolutely not. We even received the vehicle back with another issue that was not present at all before. I will not be bringing our vehicles back to Toyota in Martinsburg they suck and need better staff that can actually do their job. Every time you call they literally always have to put you on hold for 10 plus mins then they get back on the phone and try to justify that they cannot give an update. Its insane. Don't even waste your time going there.
