They informed you of what was performed and inspections made. Also, informed customer of what’ needs to be done next. Employees were courteous
Went in for a recall. Was seen promptly and recall completed within the hour. I was offered a ride but as it was only going to be an hour, I chose to wait. Waiting area is comfortable.
Had annual service performed, Jaime is always very helpful, efficient gets you in & out quickly. Love the follow up video the service tech provides. Great customer service by all highly recommend Audi Oxnard. Much appreciated.
