We knew which car we wanted and Dominic took us right to it. He made us feel very comfortable! We took a drive around and enjoyed the ride. We had to go sign papers. Charles was impersonal and and I uncomfortable in his office. We are pleased with the car. But we received no title and im still upset about that. All in all, Dominic was very friendly, knowledgeable, and it was a great experience. But I still want the title???
