Service manager was very attentive and listened to what my concerns were with my car. He took the car in on the appointment right away told me the delays that were expected, and you might surprise the car was ready earlier and I thought and for less than I had anticipated this is the second time I’ve taken my car to Volkswagen Lakeland. Any experience was good about better than the first.

From the time I arrived I was treated with the upmost kindness by an informed sales representative. That kindness and knowledge was a common trait in every person at the dealership.

I purchased my car at the Brandon dealership and had every intention of continuing to use them for all service needs. But life happens and wasn’t possible. I was in a pinch and had to use Lakeland. I was anxious bc of the reviews, but they were great. Ashley especially was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of. She’s a hard worker. And made me feel taken care of.
