I had a great experience working with Jeremy Sternisha at this dealership to get a damaged nitrogen tire replaced on my 2025 Volkswagen Jetta SE. Usually I work with Orlando VW South, which is also where I purchased my current and previous Jettas, but had to get this repair done locally near my home in Lakeland because of the nature of the issue and only having a donut spare. Jeremy made sure that I could get an identical Hankook Kinergy nitrogen tire installed on my vehicle the next business day after the issues were diganosed, and had the mounted tire ready for reinstallation of the rim on my axle when I arrived for my follow-up appointment yesterday afternoon. The team provided a car wash free of charge after completing the wheel installation work. Jeremy also worked diligently with the representatives for my Mechanical Protection Plan coverage to make sure that I wouldn't need to pay a cent for this repair. Even with some delays in getting payment processed by MPP, he and his crew got me back on the road in two hours with my car restored to its at-purchase appearance and driving experience. While filling up my gas tank on the way home, I noticed that the original custom valve cap had not been replaced on my wheel; the new tire came with basic stock caps that had not been switched out. I called the dealership and spoke to Jeremy, who immediately located the valve cap and offered to drive it by my house on his way home that evening. He showed up right on time and put the correct cap back on in my garage. Fantastic service all around!
