Had a appointment in the morning, the gentleman came out greet me , took a look at the problem and gave me a couple of reasons why this would happen, gave me a an idea of how long it would take to repair then set up a ride home for me and even arranged for me to be picked up when the vehicle was ready. Excellent! New trainee, I don't remember the name - (I guess Jeremy!) was excellent and answered my questions clearly and helped with details. You surely need more team members like this who can be easy to deal with customer! I see all the department team members but not the servicing dept listed below, can that be added to pick the correct individual for providing the feedback? I missed to acknowledge the lady who was training the new individual and she was great!
