What Others Say

Making the purchase of my new 2025 Jetta was a seamless process from start to finish. I'm satisfied with VW as a car brand all together and with this dealership and it's personnel immensely!

Great service, Ashly kept me informed along the way. Estimate included videos so I could see exactly what the problems were

I have purchased several vehicles from Lakeland VW. Honest and fair deals, great customer service in and out within a few hours. Excellent service department! Highly recommend!

Ashleigh Hernann and her team of advisors are the best. Friendly professional and knowledgeable. Dan the master mechanic is the very best I have ever met! They are the reason I remain a loyal customer.

Dominic was a very knowledgeable salesman . I would recommend him to anyone especially the critics.

Ashleigh and now Jeremy do their best always to notify me on the progress of any work being done on my vehicle. I have dealt with Ashleigh for the past two years and she is great! One concern I had with my last visit was my tires were not rotated as scheduled because the service technician said that after measuring the tread depth of my tires, being that the depths were good, my tires did not need to be rotated. My understanding is that tires naturally wear unevenly (e.g., front vs. rear, inside vs. outside), so rotating them moves them to different positions to ensure all four wear down at a similar rate, keeping tread depth uniform. This was the first time I ever heard that.
