Ashliegh as a service advisor and Dan the mater mechanic are invaluable to the continued success of Lakeland VW and why I continue to patron this location

The service was easy to schedule, and the information was clear. Ashleigh was nice and helpful from the very first contact. I’m not giving it 5 stars because when I picked up the car marked as service completed (I had a center lid replacement), the center console wasn’t properly fitted, and my expectation was that the work would have already been checked. Luckily, I noticed it right when I got the car. I showed it to Ashleigh, and she promptly took the car back inside and had it fixed on the spot.

Very pleasant, professional experience. Genuine and transparent representation. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in. No surprises or pressure. Highly recommended!
