I don’t know who Charles is, but Terri was extremely helpful! She was thoughtful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help get me into a new car after an accident. Thanks to everyone who assisted that day!
The waiting area was clean. The advisor was professional and knowledgeable. The wait time was a little less than quoted.
This the best service center I have ever been too. Jerrami was great. Go see him he will take care of you.
They explained everything thoroughly and did a great job addressing my concerns. Everyone was also very kind.
Enjoyed working with the service advisor on this visit much more than my prior visit. Much friendlier than the last person I dealt with. The wash still takes entirely too long for the hap hazard wash they provide. The waiting accommodations are near what I used to experience at the Cadillac dealership where my last car was purchased.
Speedy service, pleasant interactions, job done well. Dominic Bailey was particularly helpful with my questions.
