Pleased with vehilcle. Only buyers on lot. Had to wait for finance person to finalize paperwork. Nice guy, but felt rushed. Paid extra for full service, security and Mopar Maintenance plans, but explanation of what covered what and maintenance schedules weren't clearly defined, but had to refer to small print documents of which I was missing ten pages.....Very confusing. Basically a new vehicle on their used car lot. Surprised that there were no floor mats, owners manual or how to use Uconnect system. Called and told to go on-line and download. On-line price was slightly different than what we paid. Never felt pressured to buy ...we made it easy and knew what we were looking for.. and also paid cash. Over all, nice dealership, nice people.. just expected little more professionalism.

I went to Carl Burger Ram after walking away from another dealer who was too aggressive. This other dealer offered a ridiculous low offer on my trade-in and then proceeded to disqualify me from the listed incentives on the new truck, including the $500 military discount, as a 24 year Navy Veteran I was thoroughly discouraged. I went to Carl Burger, dreading a repeat from the previous day. At Carl Burger I was greeted and treated like a valued customer by Alexander Gurrola sales rep., no up-sell on the new truck and a fair price on my trade in, not even a hint of pressure! Brian Hackenburg in Finance, was very friendly explained every step and was quick with the paperwork . That's the difference between a family owned dealership and a corporate store where only profits count and not the customer. I always have a choice as to where I spend my money, and its not going to be with someone who treats me like dirt.

Carlos Hernandez was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional sales person. He is a great asset to your company! Brian Hackenberg was very thorough when he explained everything that we were signing. We found everyone we dealt with at Carl Burger Dodge was courteous and professional.

Everyone was great my sales guy Brandon was super friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Got a super good deal on my new Gladiator Mohave! It’s so cool and beautiful! All loaded up too. Haven’t been a fan of the Stellantis/Fiat DCJR brand so we’ll see how it goes.
