What Others Say

The service and experience with the Quick Lane staff and in this case Perla was great. Perla is very knowledgeable and professional. Perla communicates well and the service is done in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with Palm Springs Motors Quick Lane.

I had tbe best service in tbe Quick Lsne and tbe best value. They were courteous and fast. For oil change and struts and radiator replacement I highly recommend them. .

I am more than happy with my purchase. Patty was awesome from the start . Very friendly and accommodating. Michael was great as well .he picked me up on two separate accusations. My other vehicle was being repaired. He picked me up from Toyota and accompanied me on my test drives than dropped me off. He also picked me up the next morning from my home .when I came in to purchase the vehicle. I must say what an awesome experience this has been.not to mention I love my truck she’s a space ship .

David was very helpful during my visit. Oil, filter & inspection finished on time. I waited for my car and enjoyed a nice customer waiting area with coffee. Very professional service center.

Very friendly crew that went out of their way to help me as I went thru the process.

The good is that the transaction was quick, the make, model, trim, and color of the vehicle I wanted was on the lot. The bad is that I had to manage thru bait-and-switch pricing, confusion between the sales person and the finance person, sneaky add-ons that weren't mentioned but appeared on the bill of sale. I'm not a fan of sticker shock and almost walked away from the deal until they removed the assumed-I-wanted add-ons and the price fell back to where it should have been. Buying an EV for the first time I was met with confusion on what I needed to buy in order to have all of the charging apparatuses I needed - this resulted in three visits to the dealer and several phone calls. Part of the purchase decision making was electing to accept the "free" at-home charging station. At first this seemed included until thru the process I was made aware that the cash-back rebate that appeared to be $5000 was actually $7000 unless you accepted the "free" station. It's not free, it costs $2000. The actual value of the station is ~$500 when purchased alone.. so you are relying on the installation making up the remaining $1500 in cost. Since I wasn't given an invoice for this, I don't know if sacrificing $2000 was a good deal or not. My recommendation to anyone buying a car from this dealership is to come having fully done your research at home.
