Friendly, professional service done in a timely manner. I especially appreciate the video summary of the service by the actual technician.
Customer oriented and professional. Would appreciate not having a diagnostic fee if recommended work is completed as most other dealers/repair shops do.
While I am pleased with the service overall, I had to return to have a missed cable connected, which meant dropping my car off and getting a ride home. On the way, the driver shared that there have been “a lot” of vehicles returning to service lately to have corrections made.
All services were explained well, and my car was completed on time. I will use BMW of Akron again.
