Tanner was excellent. Super professional and made the deal happen in no time. Would recommend to anyone wanting to bring home one of these beautiful automobiles.
Thorough research to my inquires to determine that a fuel filter does in fact exist for my vehicle and let me know that it does exist but it's located within the gas tank itself. I have asked other dealers and professionals the same question for years. BMW of Akron was the first and only ones to know what can be done to take care of it properly.
We had a favorable experience during multiple test drives, getting questions answered, trading in our previous vehicle and during delivery and education of our new x3.
