Had my loaner ready when I arrived, got in and out quickly. The work was completed in a timely fashion, I was given a great overview of issues that were becoming a problem, and the status of general wear and tear on the vehicle.
It was timely and service was complete. The inspection was thorough and detailed to my satisfaction.
It was a fine experience both with the dealership & Eric Eisenhart. The Genius was helpful too. A pleasant experience.
I called to get the price for a four wheel.Alignment and was told one thing, and by the time I left, I was charged more than quoted.
