My experience is that from the person who washes your car to the ownwer strive to make their customers feel they are treated as family. I have never experienced an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. I have come to the dealership with last minute problems with my 230 BMW and need the repair done with limited time. It was handled with my time limit. The situation was handled courteously and with respect. I always recommend the BMW AKRON to anyone that I know who is thinking of purchasing a BMW.
