I have dealt with Eric Eisenhart for years. I always get first class attention and service from him and the BMW dealership in general. I always go back there to purchase my vehicles.

Happy with the price negotiation process, straight forward experience. Mario was a very personable, helpful client advisor who did his best to satisfy. A few minor bumps in the financial arrangements made it feel like a lack of communication within the dealership. But the biggest reason for the drop in rating: Disappointment with the condition of the car, a dent in the hood discovered hours after delivery. It was taken back to the dealership (94 mile round trip with no gas added to the tank) for a paintless repair but the job was incomplete and inadequate. I subsequently had it repaired at my own cost with an obviously more competent technician. There was no follow up to check if I was satisfied with the dealership repair nor any form of renumeration offered for accepting an $82,000 damaged vehicle. Not the premium experience I would expect from a BMW dealership.

Jarrod and Michelle have both been wonderful to work with and have done an extraordinary job accommodating us until our SUV is ready for delivery. We are extremely pleased.

Will keep doing buisness with your dealership if the sevice stays as good as my first visit. Service advisor was very pleasant.

Michelle was not always responsive to my calls. Still waiting for a return call regarding my title, extra key and plates.
