I am relatively new to BMW of Akron although I had heard good comments from friends before converting. I have found them professional, friendly and well trained. The video summary by the service technician is greatly appreciated and the follow-up by the front desk is very much appreciated.
They are always professional and courteous. I have absolutely zero complaints about the team at the service desk.
