I never received the key for my wheel locks, when calling in they say I need to come in "and they'll see what they could do". Judging off how long it took to close (and they're over an hour away from me, I'd have to take off a full day of work). (buying the car took almost 4 hours, much of it negotiating away fees added at the last second, and ad-ons / warranties)
Excellent work on my car and good communication with the advisor. Pick up my car was easy
Great service. Deal went smooth. Everyone was very professional and eager to accommodate our needs.
My day at the dealership was great as usual. I arrived at 10:15 and the attendant greeted me and proceeded with my appointment. Advantage Toyota are the best.
Simple to drop the car off and pick it up. Bill in service was great. He explained each issue clearly and what was needed to correct it.
They had guys working on my car who didn't know how to fix my car
