As usually AWESOME experience is always awaiting me with my Dealership OXMOOR FORD LINCOLN. Kudos.
Service was very quick and Jeff was very accommodating. Jeff was helpful, explained service and friendly

Didn't take long at all. Everyone was very friendly and prompted in the appointment
I called on Feb. 9 to get an appointment to have my side view mirror replaced. I was given an appointment on Feb. 18. I was then transferred to parts dept. And provided my vin to order the mirror. He stated it would be in the next day. When I arrived on the 18th, the part was never ordered. I then had to wait until March 5th to finally get it replaced.
My attendant was phenomenal. The dealership did good work overall. It did take three visits to completely resolve my issue, but I believe this is more Ford corporate’s fault and their process of assessing and authorizing expensive warranty repairs.I feel that the dealership‘s hands were tied and had to try the cheapest solutions before eventually determining that the expensive hybrid battery needed replaced. Once that was finally determined, they were very speedy with the replacement. They were also quick with helping me rent a car with very little difficulty. Overall, I trust them, and will continue to use them. Again, the only reason this isn’t five stars is because of the required repeat visits.
