Always have been a fan of Nissan vehicles. When I decided to go with a new car was very happy to deal with Ciocca Nissan of York. Doc Ward had impressed me 2 years ago when he assisted a family member in his purchase of a car. I had savd Doc's business card from that time. He is knowledgeable , personable and especially important for me was he was never pushy! Everyone I came in contact with was very personable and friendly. Made buying a car a very pleasant experience.

Work on are heater charger us over 2000 then we took it back heater still doesn't work charge us to work on it again for so much money they are crooks don't buy anything from them

The salesman knew we were strapped for money and sold us a car that needed work and didn't tell us, do yourself a favor and go some where else I wish that I have never heard of Apple Nissan.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one of the windows that broke. In September 2022 I took this vehicle to my regular mechanic to get inspected and it failed due to (2)HOLES in my Frame rail (I have pictures), as well as tires worn down to nothing and metal cords visible. Apple claims to have inspected my vehicle on three different occasions, twice prior to my purchase and AGAIN in May when they replaced my transmission. On all THREE inspections no mention was ever made of any rust or issues with my alignment or tires. Apple now claims that "due to the length of time that has passed" (I've only had this vehicle 10 months) and that they never notated any of these issues that they hold no responsibility for any of these issues and refuse to do anything about it.
