I had a great experience.I came in late on a Thursday and everyone stayed lat until the keys were in our hands. They close at 8 and we didn’t get out of there close to 9..very happy.

My appointment took longer than expected. They were unable to rotate my tires due to 2 nails in a tire, 1 of which was not patch able due to location. I was still charged the full amount for the oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I didn’t think about mentioning a reduction until after I left. The service associate was very friendly and apologized for the long wait time. In the end I could have had an oil change and inspection somewhere else for half of the $176 they charged me.

I recieved fast knowledgeable service at Raidons Honda of Sumner. I bring back my Pilot again.
