Great overall experience, very kind, helpful and knowledgeable this is my second purchase with him.
James is great! He sold me my CLA250 when he worked at Mercedes Benz of Manhattan. His customer service is outstanding. He made me feel welcome and made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed with my options. I send all my referrals directly to him because I know he’s going to take care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. When I heard he left, I was devastated, but I plan to continue doing business with James.
