Doug Spinosa was absolutely wonderful to work with. We needed an ADA-compliant Mercedes Sprinter, and he guided us through the entire process from start to finish. He connected us with the right custom upfit center for the ADA features, arranged the transport there and back, and stayed involved every step of the way. When we ran into a few adjustment issues with the ADA setup, Doug went above and beyond, even taking the van all the way to North Jersey to get things fixed and returning it to us, even though it wasn’t technically his responsibility.
