It has been one of the best automobile purchasing experiences I’ve had, largely because of Kristina. She made the entire process seamless and pleasant from start to finish. Throughout the negotiation, she was transparent, professional, and respectful, which left me feeling confident that I was getting a fair deal without any pressure or sense of being taken advantage of. Overall, an excellent experience.
John Kelly at Ray Catena was a tremendous help. He was able to answer all of my questions and truly took his time explaining the car and different options available.
