I have been driving Mercedes and BMW vehicles for over 30 years, buying or leasing new and trading every 2-2.5 years. I have dealt with dealerships in upstate NY, NYC, FL, NJ, and CT. Ray Catena's dealerships are by far the best in terms of sales experience and service. I was most recently at the Edison Mercedes location. The service center is staffed at every level with well trained, responsive professionals who make customer satisfaction their top priority. They are the best of the best. Russell Homasi in service is knowledgeable, thorough, and excellent when it comes to providing information and what to expect. In sales, Vince Peluso, Jr.goes out of his way to make sure you get the car you want. No pressure to take what you do not want. His knowledge of the vehicles is complete, and he presents all of the purchasing/leasing options clearly. My experience at Ray Catena dealerships has been flawless. Between 2017 and 2026, I have leased one BMW M550, two BMW M850's, two 750's, and two Mercedes SL55 AMG's for myself or my family. I have never had a bad experience in sales or service with any of those cars.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Jill Sardina. She made the process so simple. Jill was always available to answer my questions even on her days off! She is helpful, honest, knowledgeable and did absolutely everything possible to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I love my car and was blessed that she was the one selling it. I’d definitely buy from her again.
