This morning I came in and picked up a new Mercedes GLS580. The vehicle is gorgeous, and it was all possible with the help of Joe S and the Ray Catena staff! I got a full detailed explanation of my vehicle so I was able to drive off the lot with comfortably!
Tom Cola is a gentleman who shows respect and concern for his customers. He helps them select the vehicle which suits their needs. He is the most respected employee at Ray Catena Mercedes Benz Edison and as a customer it is easy to see why! I recently purchased a Mercedes SUV from Tom and my next Mercedes will be purchased from Tom Cola also! We had a great experience working with Vince at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz. He did a wonderful job assisting us with the purchase of our new GLE 53 AMG, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Vince was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy and straightforward. The rest of the staff was also welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. They took the time to walk my husband through all the new features, especially since he was upgrading from a 2019 model, and that attention to detail really stood out.
