I was greeted right away by person outside, I didn't have an appointment and was told that was not a problem, he set expectations on how long it would take. Then Gabriel came to ask me what brought me in, car needed an oil change and the 45k inspection. I was told an hour and a half and when I was on my way back I received a call saying my car was ready. Thank you
