Don in service was great, it was my first time at Jim White after buying the CRV. He showed me the past services that were performed, explained the recommended item that should be performed and then assured the services were completed quickly.
We were broke down on the road and were grateful Jim White Honda worked us in so we could get back on the road
Friendly staff, not pushy, knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs and wants very smooth easy going experience all around.
