Purchase our 2020 Hyundai Palisade with about 90,000 plus miles on it. Next day we were driving home (to Washington) and our battery light came on. We had to stop in Missoula, Montana for them to tell us it was the alternator. This item is a dealership item only so we had to buy two car batteries to get us about an hour and half away from home. We had to tow the vehicle back as we had to order the part. We called the dealership and they said they would try to “work” on a solution. Since we have called/texted over a handful of times with no response.

Never get anything fixed. Claim they need to replicate an intermittent issue. It’s a bit hard to replicate intermittent issues at the dealership. My radio/computer stays on and runs my batteries dead. I had to buy a jumper box because it kills the batteries. Their service dept sucks. No loaners ever available. It’s a joke you buy a 90k truck and warranty and get treated like a cheap car lot customer.
Undre Holt is an amazing salesman that helped my daughter get a car. The service department did a great job servicing her vehicle.
