Jim and John were fantastic!! Worked diligently to get us into a vehicle we wanted and in record time!! Only drawback was financing individual. Not very friendly and seemed angry when we didn’t purchase extended coverage.
Arrival was a little chaotic. And courtesy transport back to the dealer took longer than expected to arrive.
I had a very good experience with Honda Of Kenosha and everything was to my liking. The only thing I have not received yet is my Illinois registration for the car.
Excellent I had a great experience with the dealership from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions without any pressure. They made the buying process smooth and transparent, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
