Once I physically visited the dealership the sales process went well. I did have a bit of stress with the payment process but I believe that has been worked out satisfactorily.
It was an oil change and tire rotation. ?? I came, I sat, and in about an hour I left. They also washed my car. ??
Great experience. Honda of Kenosha had the vehicle we were looking to buy and they gave us a great deal.
Vehicle was making a rattling noise in the steering wheel. Problem was found and fixed. Noise is now gone.
