Rodney made things simple and easy as well as finding me a discount on top of it which really helped since I had a lot of maintenance due.
Wait time was nice. Rodney is very nice spent the time to explain everything to me.
Good service but I think you could eat the 2% charge when you use your card. Not everyone carries large amount of cash.
Awesome Joe is fantastic. I always want him to be my service rep and he introduced us to a sales person for when we buy our next Honda you should give him a raise.

I am a 3 time lessee, and the customer service in the sales department has always been above par. My salesman didn't pressure me, the managers worked hard to get me to the payment I needed and finance dept was fast, clear and efficient. Not to mention, the service department is always thorough and accommodating. Cashiers always greet you with a smile.
